Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Company 

Ron is Owner/Chairman of Dayton Rogers manufacturing Company, a privately held metalforming manufacturing company that has been in business for 90 years. Ron joined Dayton Rogers in 1980 as an Estimator with Federal Stampings which was acquired by Dayton Rogers. Ron grew within the company transferring from the New York plant to the California plant in 1991 as Estimating Manager/Customer Service. In 1991 Ron was promoted to Vice President/General Manager of the California plant. After almost 11 years of success as General Manager, Ron was promoted to President of Dayton Rogers. In 2009 he acquired the Company.

Under the leadership of Ron, Dayton Rogers remains one of the elite precision metal forming contract manufacturing companies in the United States. The Company has managed to service and prosper through the difficult economic period of the last few years. There are six locations around the United States, with the corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota and the newest division in Columbia, SC. Ron currently resides with his wife Julie and daughters Stephanie and Samantha in South Carolina.

Ron is active in several community organizations including the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) as well as PMA Education Foundation. He was elected PMA 2016 Chairman of the Board and currently continues to sit on the board.
