Transportation parts have to survive vibration, weather, and schedule pressure. We stamp and fabricate brackets, covers, hinges, cab hardware, upfit components, and rear derailleur guards as a Tier 2 production partner.
Service parts without waiting on a die
When a fleet is down, laser and turret work can deliver service parts in weeks instead of a tooling cycle. A rear derailleur guard follows that same path: laser or die cut from a single sheet of carbon steel or aluminum, press-brake formed, then powder coated or e-coated. It bolts to the dropout or chainstay and shields the derailleur and hanger from impacts, drops, and brush on mountain, e-bike, commuter, and cargo bikes. Powder coating is in-house at our Texas facility, with reliable vendors at other divisions.

Yes. We manufacture brackets, retainers, and sensor mounts for automotive, heavy truck, rail, and marine programs, with PPAP when required.
Can you support emergency-vehicle and fleet upfitting?
Yes. Laser cutting, heavy-gauge forming, and welding for toolboxes, equipment mounts, steps, and similar upfit hardware.
Can you powder-coat RV and marine accessories?
In-house powder coating is at our Texas facility. Other divisions use reliable outside vendors.
