Military/Firearms
Precision metal forming for military and firearms programs.
FFL-authorized manufacturing for regulated firearm components, plus ITAR-registered work for military programs. Laser and modular tooling for new designs; progressive dies when volume arrives.

ITAR registered. Carbon steel, stainless, spring steel.

FFL manufacturing for firearms, ITAR for military
We hold an FFL for regulated firearm components and remain ITAR registered for defense work. That combination lets firearms OEMs and military programs source stampings and fabrications from a production manufacturer, not a one-off job shop.
Cost out of machined internals
Many slide stops, ejectors, and trigger bars start as machined parts. We redesign them as precision stampings when volume justifies it, with heat treat and finishes coordinated to print. Laser marking supports ATF marking-variance applications.
What we have run
Bipods, shell latches, trigger bars, safety mechanisms, magazine bodies, bolt stops, loaded chamber indicators, firing pins, and receiver components. Prototypes on laser and modular tooling; production on progressive dies.
Questions
Do you hold a Federal Firearms License?
Yes. Dayton Rogers holds an FFL (Type 07, manufacturer of firearms) and is ITAR registered.
Can you convert machined firearm parts to stampings?
Yes. Redesigning machined internals as stampings can cut waste and cycle time on high-volume contracts while holding functional tolerances.
How fast can you prototype a new weapon-system component?
Laser cutting and modular stamping can produce functional prototypes in a matter of weeks so you can test rails, clips, and internals before committing to a progressive die.
Send us the part you are sourcing.
Our engineers review every RFQ for DFM and process path, prototype through production.
