Medical

ISO-quality metal forming for medical equipment.

Intricate geometries, cleanliness, and repeatability for durable medical equipment and device OEMs. We do not manufacture implantables. Soft tooling proves the print; progressive dies run the volume.

Durable medical equipment, not implantables

Medical OEMs need small, clean, repeatable parts in alloys that are hard to form. We stamp and fabricate structural, enclosure, and mechanism components for durable medical equipment. We do not manufacture implantable devices.

From first article to production volume

Laser and soft tooling prove housings, carts, and mounts for validation. Progressive dies take hospital-bed brackets, monitor mounts, and similar parts to volume. Powder coating is in-house at our Texas facility when a nonmetallic barrier is specified; other plants use reliable outside vendors.

Kitting and assembly for the line

Turnkey kitting, labeling, and mechanical assembly so carts, consoles, and device chassis arrive ready for electronics and hardware. Same ISO 9001 system on a first article or a production run.

Questions

Do you make implantable medical devices?

No. We focus on durable medical equipment and non-invasive devices: bed frames, scanner structure, dialysis panels, therapy equipment, and enclosures.

Can you support prototyping and validation runs?

Yes. Laser cutting and soft tooling produce functional prototypes for trials. Once the print is locked, we move to progressive-die stamping for volume.

How do you keep medical parts repeatable?

ISO 9001 at all four plants, with process control on both laser-cut prototypes and progressive-die production so assembly and patient-facing equipment stay in tolerance.
