Industrial production, not one-off repairs

We build make-to-print brackets, busbars, NEMA enclosures, and assemblies for industrial equipment manufacturers. The goal is a product line that can launch on fabrication or short-run stamping and migrate to progressive dies without changing suppliers.

Data centers, automation, HVAC, and controls

Copper and aluminum busbars for PDUs and switchgear. AMR and conveyor hardware for warehouse automation. Damper blades, shims, and mounts for HVAC and pumps. Doors and subpanels built to print for NEMA 12/4/4X integration.

Quality the line can audit

AS9100 and ISO 9001, with ITAR when the program needs it. PPAP, FAI, material certs, and lot traceability on request so transferring a short-run part into progressive production does not mean re-qualifying a new vendor.

Questions

When should I use short-run stamping versus a progressive die?

Short-run for prototypes and fluctuating demand. Progressive when annual volume and a locked design pay back the tool.

Do you ship assemblies production-ready?

Yes. Fabricated, welded, hardware installed, and powder-coated at our Texas facility when specified, with kitting and labeling to your BOM.

Can you build industrial enclosures to NEMA performance?

Yes, build-to-print for NEMA 12/4/4X with hinge and hasp plates, PEM hardware, gland plates, and louvers so UL 508A assembly is straightforward.
