Electronics
Precision metal forming for electronics programs.
Chassis, enclosures, brackets, connectors, and heat sinks with the tolerances electronics assembly needs. Fabrication for racks and NEMA boxes; progressive dies for clips, contacts, and higher-volume internals.

Tight PCB-mount tolerances. Copper, BeCu, phosphor bronze, aluminum.

Tolerances electronics assembly can trust
PCB mounts, I/O cutouts, and contacts fail on the line if the chassis is sloppy. We hold feature locations typically to ±0.005 in on specified prints, and we stamp or fabricate depending on whether you are launching a rack or running a clip at volume.
Drawn housings, busbars, and turnkey hardware
Deep-drawn cases for battery and device housings. Copper busbars and BeCu or phosphor-bronze contacts. PEM insertion and plating coordinated so parts arrive ready for electronics assembly.
What we build
Server and control-panel chassis, PCB mounting brackets, connector clips, heat sinks, battery cases, grounding clips, and copper busbars for data centers, industrial electronics, and transportation electronics.
Questions
What tolerances can you hold for PCB mounting points?
Typically ±0.005 in on specified feature locations so chassis, standoffs, and connectors line up in assembly.
Do you stamp copper busbars and electrical contacts?
Yes. Copper busbars, battery contacts, and grounding clips in BeCu, phosphor bronze, and brass, with plating when the print requires it.
How fast can you prototype a chassis or bracket?
Laser cutting and turret punching can produce functional prototypes in a few weeks so you can fit-check electronics before production tooling is cut.
