Defense

ITAR-registered metal forming for defense programs.

Controlled manufacturing for defense programs and the U.S. defense supply chain. We stamp and fabricate to print with documented quality, material traceability, and DFM that chooses fabrication or stamping based on volume and cost.

Defense supply chain without the handoff

Defense work needs controlled technical data, lot traceability, and a supplier who can scale. We manufacture to print under ITAR and AS9100, and we keep process changes on one team so a jump from fabrication to progressive-die stamping does not mean a new vendor.

Built for program reality

Bracketry, panels, controls, and structural fabrications with inspection records that travel with the lot. DFM happens before tooling is cut so cost and lead time are locked against the actual volume path.

Documentation that travels with the part

Material test reports, certificates of conformance, and lot IDs from heat number through finishing. We host audits and provide the quality packet a defense SQE expects.

Questions

Are you ITAR registered for defense technical data?

Yes. We are ITAR registered and AS9100 certified. Access to export-restricted data is limited to authorized U.S. persons.

Do you support PPAP or FAI packets?

Yes. We provide FAI and PPAP deliverables when the program requires them: ballooned prints, dimensional results, material certs, and traceability records.

Can you run both fabrication and stamping on a defense program?

Yes. Launch on fabrication or short-run tooling, then move to progressive dies as volume grows, without changing suppliers.

Send us the part you are sourcing.

Our engineers review every RFQ for DFM and process path, prototype through production.
