What's New in NY
We are your FULL SERVICE Metalforming Supplier!
We would like to inform you of a few additions that we have made at our new facility, to better accommodate the
changing needs of our valued customers. We want to work with you from design, to production, and
throughout delivery, because we believe that using a single-source supplier for your complete
assembly reduces paper work, controls costs, and makes scheduling easier!
*We now have a full time, certified Welder on staff
In order to enhance our value added services at the New York facility we have added a full time certified welder.
We have now expanded our in-house welding capabilities to include MIG, TIG, and spot welding.
This provides an outstanding compliment to our stamping and fabrication departments.
* We have added an experienced Fabrication Supervisor
Dayton Rogers' in-house fabrication department has taken a huge leap forward by hiring an experienced fabrication supervisor. He has extensive experience in the programming and operation of equipment including; Lasers, Turrets,
and Press Brakes. Our supervisor can provide you, the customer, with help in any of your fabrication needs.

* Amada RG 125 Precision Hydraulic Press Brake
Our facility now has a 10' and a 6' press brake. Both of our brakes come equipped with micro-computer
multi-step backgauging, to reduce positioning time. A roller-bearing guide block system ensures
parallelism for unprecedented accuracy. Perfect for prototypes and production!
* Bystar 2512 CNC CO2 Laser Cutting System
We have operated this piece of equipment for about 1 year now and have learned most of its secrets by now. This
unit can run lights-out with its automatic sheet loader. It can cut a variety of material up to 3/4 inch, depending on
the project. Our laser can be easily programmed from YOUR CAD FILES and works great for rapid prototyping.
