Dayton Rogers understands your needs for Rapid Prototypes, and pre-production runs. In fact, to accommodate the changing needs of our valued customers, we have setup a Rapid Prototype Center (RPC), designed specifically for this purpose. Dayton Rogers utilizes your electronic files to eliminate errors and reduce time to market.

Our goal with the Rapid Prototype Center is to get you a quote back within 24 hours (if required) and to ship your stamping or fabricated sheet metal prototype within 72 hours of the time the order is placed! This can be done if we have: A sheet metal CAD model and all associated feature and component files, material is readily available, and the prototype doesn't require outside services in order for completion.
