We are your "FULL SERVICE" supplier!

We have added some new equipment to our plant to better accommodate the changing needs of our valued customers.

* Mark-121-2, Single Point Gap Frame Press

This press compliments our current cost-efficient stamping capabilities with its 121-Ton capacity, 35-65 SPM -Strokes Per Minute, and a large 45.3in. x 26.8in. Bolster Area. Down-time is reduced by monitoring the press functions with an LCD display, Push Button Adjustable Die Height with Digital Readout is also a feature on this equipment. As with most of our punch presses, we can setup Modular Tooling or Progressive Die sets in this press to accommodate all of your volume requirements.

* CNC040-Tube Bender with TS 2000 Control Center

We now have two CNC Tube Benders. These powerful, automatic precision benders are designed for high production of multiple bend tubes and pipes. The TS 2000 Control Center offers complete flexibility and production control in tube bending, for a wide range of applications.

* Robotic / Manual Welding

We have invested in robotic welders and also have the experience and capabilities for Spot, ARC, MIG, and TIG welding. This is yet another service that we have brought back in-house to better satisfy the needs of our customers. Using a single source supplier for your complete assembly reduces paper work, controls costs, and makes scheduling easier!
